Full Time Hospital Pharmacist - Overnight Shift - New Jersey

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated Inpatient IV Pharmacist willing to work in Lakewood, NJ. This position offers overnight shifts (4x10-hour shifts, 9:30 PM 7:30 AM) and plays a vital role in supporting both inpatient and outpatient infusion services. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense chemotherapy and other hazardous sterile compounds
• Support outpatient infusion services (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions)
• Assist in inpatient and ER pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with USP <797> and <800> guidelines for sterile compounding
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure patient safety

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license in New Jersey
• Chemo certification highly preferred (must have at least some chemo experience)
• Experience in sterile compounding (hazardous and non-hazardous medications)
• Strong knowledge of inpatient and outpatient infusion services
