RPh on the Go is now hiring a full-time Clinical Pharmacist for a travel contract with a health system in Tennessee. This is a full-time 13-week contract position. Job Duties:
Review and monitor patient s medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers.
Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patient s medication therapy and provide recommendations.
Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physician s prescriptions.
Prepare sterile IV admixtures.
Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students regarding their medication and their proper use and monitoring.

Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee
At least 1+ years experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting
1+ year experience IV compounding
