Full Time Infusion Pharmacist - Direct Hire

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity at an infusion facility in Indiana. This role involves hands-on sterile compounding and oversight of IV preparation, making it an excellent opportunity for pharmacists with strong TPN and infusion experience. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on sterile compounding of IVs, TPNs, and other infusion medications.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in the preparation of IV medications.
• Check and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• Must have an active and clear Indiana Pharmacist license (If out of state, willing to obtain).
• At least 1-2 years of infusion pharmacy experience is required.
• Strong TPN experience is essential; pediatric TPN experience is a plus.
