Work Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Evenings (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM), with Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred
• Must hold a valid Indiana Pharmacist License
