Full-Time LTC Pharmacist 13-Week Contract to Hire

Pharmacist Contract-to-Hire Opportunity at LTC Facility

Location: Lancaster, PA
Contract Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for permanent hire

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team at a respected Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you ll oversee the pharmacy operations and ensure high-quality medication management while supporting a team of skilled pharmacy technicians. Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pharmacy team, including technicians, to maintain efficient operations
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and monitor patient safety
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with both patients and healthcare providers
• Oversee inventory, manage stock, and ensure appropriate medication distribution
• Perform Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Immunization Management (IMMR)
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and facility protocols

What We re Looking For:

• LTC experience is a plus but not required
• At least 1 year of pharmacy practice experience
• Active and clear PA Pharmacist license
