Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (with opportunity for direct hire)
Work Environment: Long-Term Care (LTC), Mail Order Pharmacy

Shift Options:

• First Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends
• Mid Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM 8:30 PM, with rotating weekends

Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support our client s Long-Term Care (LTC) and mail order pharmacy in Bethlehem, PA. This 12-week assignment offers a chance to step into a dynamic work environment with the potential for direct hire upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in all prescriptions
• Provide clinical guidance and patient care in an LTC setting
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate pharmacy operations to maintain compliance with state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Previous pharmacy experience (LTC experience is a plus!)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach to care
