Full-Time LTC Pharmacist

Pharmacist Long-Term Care Facility Contract-to-Hire

Location: Lancaster, PA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks, with the possibility of permanent placement

Role Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Pharmacist to oversee operations at a well-established Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Lancaster, PA. This position offers a great opportunity to bring your expertise and leadership to a growing healthcare environment. Your experience and judgment will be key in managing pharmacy operations and ensuring high standards of care.

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy technicians
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and order balancing
• Perform medication therapy management (MTM) and immunization management (IMMR)
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and pharmacy standards

Requirements:

• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Active PA Pharmacist License required
