Full Time Oncology Pharmacist Seattle WA

Are you an Oncology Pharmacist looking for an opportunity to practice in an integrative care model? Our Cancer Center client is searching for a pharmacist who values collaboration, patient-centered care, and holistic treatment approaches alongside traditional oncology therapies.

About The Facility

Providing cutting-edge cancer treatment combined with naturopathic and traditional healing practices. The team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and oncology specialists, all working together to offer patients a well-rounded care experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound oncology medications in compliance with USP <797> and USP <800>
• Support physicians and nurses with medication education and safety monitoring
• Ensure proper drug storage, accountability, and compliance with federal/state regulations
• Actively participate in weekly care team meetings to discuss patient treatment plans
• Assist with e-scripting and daily chemotherapy drug orders

Requirements

• Active Washington Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of recent oncology experience (within the last two years)
• Sterile compounding knowledge & USP <797> expertise
• BCOP preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in integrative or interdisciplinary care settings (preferred)
• A team-oriented mindset to collaborate with providers and caregivers

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
