Full-Time Order Entry Pharmacy Technician Troy, OH

We are seeking a licensed Order Entry Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity in a long-term care pharmacy in Troy, OH.

Schedule: Monday - Friday and every other weekend
(Multiple shifts are available, and include shift differentials for later shifts.)

• 1st Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and verify prescription and patient information.
• Troubleshoot prescription and data entry discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
• Previous Pharmacy Order Entry experience required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge.
• Strong math and analytical skills, especially for calculations.
• Minimum of two (2) years of long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
