Full Time Pharmacist Day Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pharmacist to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. You will play a vital role in ensuring prescriptions are dispensed accurately, managing inventory, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Ensure the accurate dispensing of prescriptions and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, balancing stock to meet operational needs.
• Perform Medication Therapy Management (MT) and conduct IMMR evaluations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pennsylvania pharmacy license.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience (Long-Term Care experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
