Full Time Pharmacist in Charge - Day Shift - Retail Facility

RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) willing to work in Luck, WI. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, day shift. This role is ideal for a seasoned pharmacy professional with a strong background in management and a passion for optimizing pharmacy operations to improve patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement medication therapy management programs.
• Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Monitor medication usage trends and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Provide expert guidance to staff on complex medication-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred).
• Current and active Wisconsin Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
