Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or Staff Pharmacist (Specialty Pharmacy) Bryan, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join a specialty pharmacy team in Bryan, TX. This position is a 13-week contract to hire opportunity with a focus on overseeing daily pharmacy operations and improving patient care.

Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift (9:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staff management and inventory control.
• Ensure full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide clinical guidance, conduct medication therapy reviews, and collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Manage compounding, dispensing, and patient counseling on medications.
• Monitor drug usage, optimize cost-effective prescribing, and keep up to date with new medications and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree and an active pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
