Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Sherman, TX (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, No Weekends)

We are seeking a Texas-licensed Pharmacist for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) opportunity in a retail pharmacy in Sherman. This role is a great opportunity for a staff pharmacist to step into a PIC role and develop their pharmacy management experience.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (9:00 AM 5:00 PM), no weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Manage inventory, workflow, and staff performance to optimize efficiency.

• Provide patient counseling and ensure accurate prescription dispensing.

• Maintain high standards of customer service in a low-volume setting (15 prescriptions per day on average, up to 50/day at peak).

System/Software:

• Liberty

Requirements:

• Retail pharmacy experience.

• Pharmacy management experience is a plus.

• Active Texas pharmacy license.
