RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge willing to work in Plant City, FL. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, day shift. Job Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production teams.
• Review batch records and associated documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and ensure their impact is understood across operations.
• Assist in documentation and resolution of Adverse Drug Event forms.
• Oversee hiring, monitoring, and termination of employees with CEO/President approval.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Perform pharmaceutical compounding of sterile injectables/powders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years in sterile compounding, with expertise in sterile injectables/powders.
• Minimum of 2 years in pharmacy management, demonstrating leadership and operational oversight.
