Full Time Pharmacist in Charge

Join our team as an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager in a hospital setting, where you will combine your clinical expertise and management skills to drive operational excellence. As Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC), you ll oversee compliance, lead staff, and contribute directly to patient care by fulfilling staffing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Take on PIC duties, ensuring adherence to hospital and regulatory standards.
• Lead, train, and support pharmacy staff for effective operations.
• Provide hands-on staffing support as needed.
• Share on-call duties during evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in pharmacy.
• At least 3 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

Pay Rate: $60-65 / hour
