Full-Time Pharmacist (Mail Order Long-Term Care Pharmacy) - Wilkes-Barre, PA

We are seeking a licensed Pennsylvania Pharmacist for a 12-week contract-to-hire opportunity at a mail-order long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
• Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate dispensing of medications and fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy management and improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Contribute to a seamless workflow in a fast-paced mail-order pharmacy environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pharmacist.
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy is a plus.
• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
