Full-Time Pharmacist/ Pharmacy Operations Manager - Fairfield, OH

We are seeking an Ohio-licensed Pharmacist & Operations Manager for a full-time, 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield. This position will oversee daily pharmacy operations, staff management, and process improvement.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely prescription processing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and administrative personnel.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Schedule and allocate staff to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
• Regularly evaluate pharmacy operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license.
• Pharmacy management experience, preferably in a retail pharmacy environment.
