Full-Time Pharmacy Technician (Closed Door Long-Term Care) Portland, ME

We are seeking a Maine licensed Pharmacy Technician for an 8-week contract to hire opportunity in a mail order long-term care pharmacy in Portland.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday with rotating weekends.

1^st shift (9:00 AM 5:30 PM), mid shift (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM), and 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription medications.
• Manage and maintain accurate medication inventory and ensure proper storage procedures.
• Process prescription orders, confirming the accuracy of patient information and orders.
• Support the overall workflow within the pharmacy, including prescription fulfillment and medication packaging.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Clear & active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Maine.
