Full-Time Pharmacy Technician Hospital Setting (6 Month Contract to Hire)

Location: New Orleans, LA
Shifts: Rotating 1st and 2nd shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM), Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.

Are you a Pharmacy Technician looking to grow your career in a hospital environment? We are seeking motivated candidates to join our team in New Orleans. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a clinical setting with hands-on training provided for EPIC, OmniCell, and auto cart fill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately filling medication orders using EPIC (training provided)
• Medication delivery and auto cart fill
• Working with OmniCell systems (training provided)

Requirements:

• Hospital pharmacy technician experience preferred
• EPIC and OmniCell experience (will train)
• IV compounding experience is a plus but not required
• Must hold a valid Louisiana pharmacy technician license
• PTCB certification is preferred but not required
