Full-Time Pharmacy Technician (Long-Term Care) Warwick, RI

We are seeking a Rhode Island-licensed Pharmacy Technician for a 8-week contract-to-hire role at a mail-order long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Warwick, RI. This position offers the flexibility to choose between two available shifts based on your preference.

Shift: Monday Friday 2nd Shift (1:30 PM 10:00 PM), with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription medications.
• Manage and maintain accurate medication inventory and ensure proper storage procedures.
• Process prescription orders, confirming the accuracy of patient information and orders.
• Support the overall workflow within the pharmacy, including prescription fulfillment and medication packaging.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Rhode Island.
• Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) or mail-order pharmacy is a plus.
