Full Time Pharmacy Technician - Order Entry - Varied Shifts Available

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Order Entry Pharmacy Technician willing to work in Troy, OH. Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription orders into the pharmacy system.
• Review prescriptions for completeness and resolve any discrepancies.
• Process and verify insurance claims for medications.
• Communicate with prescribers, pharmacists, and patients as needed to clarify orders.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking medications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Ohio Pharmacy Technician License.
• PTCB certification preferred (must obtain within one year; training provided).
• Order Entry Pharmacy Experience Required
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
• Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
• Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred
