Key Responsibilities:

• Verify shipping information to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications.
• Enter new patient information into the pharmacy software system with precision.
• Update and maintain patient profiles to reflect the most current information.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to support pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address patient inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License (required).
• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and patient profile management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
