RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Service Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for candidates residing in North Dakota who are looking to make a difference in patient care through virtual support. As a Pharmacy Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting patients with their pharmacy needs, and ensuring high-quality care through efficient communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve pharmacy-related issues.
• Handle prescription orders, verify information, and update patient records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate patient records.

Shift:

• 9:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

• ND State Pharmacy Technician License
• Must have previous remote experience
• Computer Literacy
• Fast Learner: Candidates should be capable of rapidly learning their proprietary systems
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
