Position Overview:
We re looking for a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist to join a Retail Compounding Pharmacy in Decatur, Texas. This is a fantastic opportunity for both new graduates and experienced pharmacists. You ll be working in a supportive environment with a great team, and this role has the potential to transition into a permanent position after 13 weeks. Enjoy the perks of a Monday-to-Friday schedule with weekends off!
What You ll Be Doing:

Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations.

Perform spot checks on non-sterile compounding to ensure accuracy and safety.

Conduct final medication verifications before dispensing.

Provide essential patient counseling and ensure they are well-informed about their medications.
Support Staff Includes:

1 Full-Time Technician

1 Part-Time Technician

1 PRN Technician
Software You ll Use:

LibertyRx (don t worry, we ll train you if you re not familiar with it yet!)
What We re Looking For:

Active TX Pharmacist License in good standing.

Experience with non-sterile compounding is a plus (but not required).

Familiarity with LibertyRx is helpful, though we are happy to provide training if needed.
