Location: Fairfield, OH
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

We re seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team on a 13-week contract, with the exciting possibility of transitioning into a full-time, permanent role. This is your chance to make a meaningful difference in a thriving pharmacy setting!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure seamless pharmacy operations, accurate data entry, and proper security of the work area.

• Oversee the ordering and prepacking activities managed by the pharmacy technicians.

• Screen medication orders for accuracy, checking for proper dosages, potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing.

• Assist with the handling, storage, and documentation of controlled substances, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Help maintain an up-to-date inventory for Schedule II drugs.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Active, clear pharmacist license in Ohio.

• Prior experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy or compounding pharmacy environment is a plus.
