Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (with every 7th Saturday shift)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy under the supervision of the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC).
• Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff to ensure smooth workflows.
• Accurately dispensing medications and verifying physician orders to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Ensuring all pharmacy practices adhere to state regulations and company standards.

What You ll Need:

• Active NY State Pharmacist License with a clean record.
• Previous experience in Retail, Mail Order, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume pharmacy operations (800+ prescriptions per day).
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time throughout the workday.

Work Environment:

• Expect a fast-paced environment with constant standing or walking.
• Strong manual dexterity is required to handle pharmacy tasks efficiently.
