Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (2nd Shift, Long-Term Care) - Louisville, KY

We are seeking licensed Staff Pharmacists for a 12-week contract opportunity with potential for direct hire in a long-term care (LTC) setting in Kentucky. There are two positions available.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 2nd shift (12:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (12-hour weekend shift preferred, but 6, 8, or 10-hour shifts can be accommodated).

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmacy services in a long-term care environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in dispensing medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and resolve medication-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.

System/Software:

• Experience with DocuTrack and Frameworks is a plus.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Kentucky Pharmacist license.
• Pharmacy experience required; long-term care experience preferred.
