Full time Staff Pharmacist-Chicago IL

RPh on the go is seeking a Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist for a overnight shift.
Shift: Overnight (9 PM - 7 AM), 7 on/7 off schedule

Computer System: Cerner

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care to inpatient hospital patients, including preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize the Cerner system for order entry, medication tracking, and documentation.
• Monitor patients' medication regimens and adjust as necessary.
• Provide guidance to healthcare staff on medication management and safety.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois pharmacy license in good standing.
• Experience working in an inpatient pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Familiarity with Cerner or similar pharmacy computer systems.
