We re seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join a newly opened community pharmacy located within a primary care clinic. This setting brings together pediatricians, adult care providers, and pharmacists under one roof to deliver coordinated care to patients in need.

This role became available due to an internal promotion, and we re ready to bring someone on board immediately.

Position Details:

• Location: Kokomo, IN

• Hours: Monday Thursday 8 AM 5 PM, Friday 8 AM 4 PM

• Break: 12 PM 1 PM daily

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Weekdays only no nights, weekends, or holidays

What You ll Do:

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions

• Order and manage pharmaceutical supplies

• Ensure safe storage and handling of medications

• Communicate with prescribers to clarify orders

• Counsel patients and address medication-related concerns

• Maintain up-to-date inventory and patient records

• Comply with state/federal pharmacy regulations

• Contribute to daily operations and team coordination

• Support telepharmacy activities when needed

You re a Strong Fit If You Have:

• An active Indiana Pharmacist License

• A current Immunization Certification

• Attention to detail and a patient-first mindset

• Ability to work well within a clinical care team

• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required

• Required documents: resume, references, verified license, skills checklist
