Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
Includes rotating weekends and holidays

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order Pharmacy team. This opportunity offers evening shifts with a rotating weekend and holiday schedule, perfect for someone who prefers flexibility and wants to make a real difference in patient care. The role is initially a 12-week contract with the potential for direct hire, giving you the chance to secure a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate dispensing and sterile compounding of medications in the LTC mail order setting.

• Provide essential patient counseling and ensure safe medication use.

• Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize care for patients.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations and quality assurance standards.

What You Need to Qualify:

• Prior LTC experience is preferred but not a requirement.

• A valid Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing is a must.
