Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) Bethlehem, PA

We are seeking a licensed Pennsylvania Pharmacist for a 12-week contract in a mail order LTC pharmacy in Bethlehem.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
