Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) Bethlehem, PA

We are seeking a licensed Pennsylvania Pharmacist for a 12-week contract-to-hire opportunity in a mail order long-term care pharmacy in Bethlehem.

Schedule: Full-time, evening shift (7:00 PM - 3:30 AM) Monday - Friday, with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous pharmacy experience.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
