Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) Huntington, WV

We are seeking a licensed West Virginia Pharmacist for a 12-week contract to hire opportunity in a mail order LTC pharmacy in Huntington

Schedule: Monday Friday, 2^nd shift (1:00 PM 11:00 PM), with possible weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of West Virginia.
