This role is perfect for pharmacists looking to work in a specialized LTC environment with opportunities for long-term growth.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday
• Mid Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate medication dispensing and prescription fulfillment for long-term care facility residents
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide medication therapy management (MTM) and optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Indiana Pharmacist license
• Experience in any pharmacy setting (LTC experience is a plus)
• Commitment to patient safety and accuracy
