We are seeking a licensed Kentucky Pharmacist for a 12-week contract to hire opportunity in a mail order long-term care pharmacy in Louisville.

Schedule: Monday Friday (8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM 7:30 AM).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.


Requirements:

  • Pharmacy experience.
  • LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
  • Experience with DocuTrack/Frameworks is a plus.
  • Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky.
