Full-Time Staff Pharmacist Long-Term Care (LTC) - Brockton, MA

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 12-week contract with the potential for direct hire at a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail order pharmacy in Brockton, MA. This position is ideal for pharmacists looking to work in a specialized LTC pharmacy setting while utilizing their clinical and operational skills.

Shift: 2nd shift (3:30 PM 12:00 AM), Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers to ensure safe and timely dispensing of medications.
• Monitor patient medication therapy, particularly for long-term care patients, to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license required.
• Previous experience in a Pharmacy setting (LTC or retail experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and experience with medication dispensing systems.
