Position Details:

• Location: Salt Lake City, UT
• Shift: Full-time, Monday Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 PM 10:00 PM)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks with potential extensions

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and verify prescription orders for long-term care facility residents.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy management and improve patient outcomes.
• Uphold state and federal regulations, while adhering to pharmacy best practices.

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Utah (required).
