Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) Spokane, WA

We are seeking a licensed Washington Pharmacist for a 12-week contract to hire opportunity in a mail order LTC pharmacy in Spokane.

Schedule: Monday Friday (11:00 AM 7:30 PM); 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Washington.
