Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) Vinton, VA

We are seeking a licensed Virginia Pharmacist for a 12-week contract to hire opportunity in a mail order Long-Term Care pharmacy in Vinton.

Schedule: 3rd Shift (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM) 7 on, 7off.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Virginia.
