Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) Weslaco, TX

We are seeking a licensed Texas Pharmacist for an 8-week contract to hire opportunity in a long-term care pharmacy in Weslaco.

Schedule: Monday Friday, day and evening shifts rotating (8:00 AM 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM 7:00 PM).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous pharmacy experience.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
