Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Mail Order) Bethlehem, PA

Schedule: Multiple shifts available. 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd shift (8:00 PM - 4:30 AM).


Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
