Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Mail Order, Long-Term Care) Concord, NH

We are seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist for a 12-week contract-to-hire opportunity in a long-term care (LTC) closed-door pharmacy in Concord.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, rotating 1st shift ((8:00 AM 4:30 PM) and 2nd shifts (11:00 AM 7:30 PM), with rotating every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff in medication preparation and distribution.
• Provide expertise on drug interactions, dosages, and patient safety.
• Maintain accurate records and handle quality assurance tasks.

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire pharmacist license.
• Previous pharmacy experience required (LTC preferred).
