Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Mail Order Long-Term Care) Vinton, VA (12-Week Contract to Hire)

Schedule: Monday Friday (with possible weekends), 2^nd Shift (12:30 PM 9:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Virginia.
