Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Mail Order) Woodridge, IL

We are seeking a licensed Pennsylvania Pharmacist for a 12-week contract in a mail order LTC pharmacy in Woodridge (with a mid-October start date). Schedule: Monday Friday (one week morning start, one week early afternoon start), with rotating every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• Framework/ Docutrack experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Illinois.
• Must be able to work with a diverse group of teams (data entry technicians, logistic technicians, and production technicians.)
