Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (Mid Shift, Long-Term Care) - Plainview, NY

We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity with a long-term care pharmacy in Plainview, NY. This role involves product verification and managing cycle fills to ensure timely patient care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Mid Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM), with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product verifications and ensure accurate dispensing
• Manage cycle fills, approximately 100 items daily, to provide consistent patient support

Systems Used:

• QS1 PrimeRx and DocuTrack

Requirements:

• Active NY State Pharmacist License in good standing
• Recent experience in a pharmacy setting
• Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy
