Full Time Staff Pharmacist - Retail Facility - Day Shift

RPh on the Go is actively searching for a Staff Pharmacist willing to work in Casa Grande, AZ. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, day shift. This role also requires floating to other facilities within a 10-15 mile radius. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Monitor medication usage trends and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Provide expert guidance to staff on complex medication-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services across the organization.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License
• Recent Pharmacy Experience
• Liberty / 340B Pharmacy Software Experience a plus
