Full Time Staff Pharmacist

RPh on the Go is actively searching for a Sterile Compounding Staff Pharmacist willing to work in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, day shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile intravenous (IV) medications following USP <797> standards.
• Review and dispense prescribed medications for home infusion patients, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols for sterile compounding.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and nursing staff to optimize patient care.
• Provide medication therapy management (MTM) services and drug information to patients and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of compounded medications and pharmacy inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation every 4th weekend for urgent pharmacy needs.

Qualifications:

• Oklahoma Pharmacist License
• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred
