Full-Time Supervising Pharmacist (13-Week Travel Assignment) - Peridot, AZ

We are seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for a full-time 13-week travel assignment in Peridot, AZ. This is a hospital retail pharmacy supervisor role with the potential for extension and/or transition into a permanent position.

Shift:

• Full-Time, Monday Friday (30 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership to pharmacy staff and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Manage medication dispensing, immunizations, and emergency medication administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school. (PharmD preferred)
• 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience, with 2 years in hospital pharmacy practice preferred.
• Current, active, and unrestricted pharmacist license (Arizona license preferred).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire).
• Licensed to administer immunizations and emergency medications preferred.
