Full Timed Inpatient Pharmacist - Winamac, Indiana

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join a healthcare team in Winamac, Indiana. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and dispense medications in accordance with physician prescriptions
• Conduct medication therapy management and patient education
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective, and optimal medication use
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medications as necessary
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Shift:

• Per client: 30 hours/week
• Weekend rotation required

Requirements:

• IN Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
• New grads welcomed
