Clinical Assessments: Assembia
Able to work at a fast pace
Developing and maintaining specialty/oncology related protocols
Promoting and measuring compliance with these protocols
Developing and providing tools and education related to specialty/oncology medications both for physicians/staff and patients
Advise physicians and health practitioners on the SPECIALTY MEDICATION interactions and side effects of medications
Proactively review prescriptions for appropriate therapy for their disease states.
Supervise and maintain records of all specialty medications
Previous experience as a clinical pharmacist in specialty pharmacy required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Have worked with initial assessments and reassessments with specialty disease states
Home infusion dispensing experience
Hemophilia dispensing experience
Experience with Initial Assessments on Patient Therapy and Reassessments.
